hundred push ups
Well I have officially started the push up program for better or worse.
I started week one on the third column because my initial test was 19

I have to admit the first ten felt absolutely disgusting and the next twelve had me seriously willing myself to quite and not bother. By the second seven i had decided i might as well do and then for some ungodly reason i managed to pump out 20 more. My lats hurt. Which is awkward because i have never had that muscle singled out as sore before. A hundred continuous pushups still seems well beyond the horizon.
